With the help of this tool you can easily remove and reinstall sleeves in a cold block. No more rosebud. Simply position the plate and adjust the threaded stud extensions for proper alignment on top of the studs. Slip the sleeve removing plate under the sleeve and engage the hardened acme thread. Install the hardened washer and hand crank with captive thrust bearings and crank the sleeve out. To reinstall simply install the bar through the crankshaft journals, reinstall the hardened acme threaded rod, install the pushing plate, tube extension and cranking handle and pull the sleeve back. Works flawlessly.
